We are a bunch of enthusiastic coaches and athletes. We all love helping you to become a better athlete and to train together with you and your team or club. That´s really all we do. Our privacy policy is 100% conform the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact form:
When you send us an Enquiry via the contact form, we collect the data shown in the form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Nothing fishy here.
Analytics:
As most websites, we use anonymous site visitor data (cookies) to analyse our marketing campaigns and make sure we provide you with relevant information about our services.
Who we share your data with
We can be very clear about this: we NEVER share any data with anyone outside Sun Tri Sports Events S.L.
What rights you have over your data
If you have ever interacted via our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Additional information
How we protect your data: All our IT infrastructure is protected with state-of-the-art security measures. Our customer and club member databases are safely stored in Cloud servers with Two Factor Authentication login procedures. Only the Sun Tri Sports Management Team has access to our databases.
What data breach procedures we have in place: In case of the unthinkable and if adverse impact is determined, we will act conform the GDPR and notify all affected within 72h.
